The Osage Event Venue will follow all directives and guidelines concerning events as established by the Arkansas Department of Health.
The Osage is a family-owned and operated event venue located at the heart of Central Arkansas. With 8,000 square feet of event space, we can accommodate up to 250 guests for your special event! With in-house tables, chairs, decor and audio/visual equipment and technicians, we take the stress out of planning and executing your special event.
The Grand Hall is 6,400 square feet of wood floors, natural light and plenty of opportunity. There are two restrooms available as well as a food prep area with sink. Two smaller offices are available as workstations or meeting rooms.
When starting my production business from scratch, I was stuck meeting clients at Starbucks, Mcdonald's, you name it. Discussing contracts and financials with clients in public places was a burden to my brand. I wanted to create a space where entrepreneurs could meet with their teams and clients in a private, secure setting. So we did just that. Our conference/hospitality room at the Osage comes standard with a 70" LED smart TV, with Apple TV included. Control your own climate with the touch-screen thermostat and don't forget the included private WiFi network. Don't settle for public, your brand deserves private.
THE FREE STUFF
We offer 60" Round Tables as well as 6' and 8' Rectangle Tables- as many as you need.
We've all been there- the agony of an uncomfortable chair. Don't worry- we didn't skimp on the chairs. They're comfortable and there are plenty of them.
Food Prep Area
Need a place to prep for the big event? We'll even throw in the kitchen sink.
It is 2019. Wifi should be everywhere and it should be free. And at The Osage, it is both.
Don't worry, you are not alone. The venue will be staffed by a facilities expert to assist with your facility needs during the event.
Need a lift? Actually you don't- We have both a pick-up and tractor trailer height loading dock!
You are paying too much elsewhere, so let us save you some cash. Our sister company, BluStream Media, just happens to live in the same building. So what does that mean for you? It means your dollar goes further at the Osage becasue you have instant access to any A/V solution you could possibly want at a reduced price since we don't have to travel. You send the invites, and let us take care of the venue and A/V. That is a win for us both.
Turn it up and cut loose, or class it up in the background, our audio experts offer a variety of ambient music and DJ services at your command.
It is a big space, so be heard. We have a series of wired, wireless handheld and earpiece microphones to ensure everyone hears the soothing sound of your voice.
Why hire a photographer? Because you aren't going to remember your event in twenty years (or next week.) Our event photographers are Pros.
We offer a variety of sizes of TVs so that your presentation can be seen everywhere- even from the stage in case you forget your notes :)
We went overboard on this one. We have two 6,500 lumen projectors. Translation: really bright, really big picture. Combine this with our live video service and no one will have a bad seat.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, then why not take 24 per second? Our videographers will make sure to catch the highlights of your event so you can experience it over and over.
Any color, any way. Whether its stage lighting, uplighting, or DJ lighting- we have it.
