Vendor Registration Form

Booth rental is $100 per space and includes 12X12 space with one 6' rectangle table and two chairs.  Registration closes September 25, 2019.  Space is limited. Reservation is not complete until full payment received.  Please bring plenty of business cards and handouts for our guests.  Feel free to bring an item for a prize drawing.
